Filipino QSMP community, can we agree on the term "kubito" as our way to refer to "blockmen", derived from Spanish "cubito" but spelled as it would most likely be in Filipino? (as it is with most of our loan words)

One of the above statements is Problematic and the other is slightly annoying. If we disagree on which is which then working together for a better future is going to get really fucking difficult.
I think this is something young people in particular are confused about. My dad has always had a slightly off color sense of humor, he always feels the need to privately ask me “boy turned girl or girl turned boy?” if I mention a friend and stress said friend’s pronouns, and yet when we had repair work done in the house and the worker was listening to a podcast discussing the evils of transgender people and how to cleanse society, he went out of his way to contact the owner of the business to discuss his disappointment with that worker’s conduct and stress the negative effect that could have had if there had been trans kids in our home.
Our allies will never be perfect. They will never use the perfect language or have the perfect politics. But we have to appreciate those allies and meet them where they are, especially if they are willing to learn.

if its a kid-friendly server then the ccs risk getting a lot of negative commentary, hate, views dropping off because their younger audience can't conceptualise opposing sides, if its more adult-focused then the ccs still risk getting hate and even stuff like death threats from their audience because people get parasocially attached, even if none of that happens people don't know how to conceptualise villains because so much fandom reading and character analysis (not just in mcyt but i do see it as a big problem here tbh) is black and white thinking of either they're an irredeemable cunt or they're just fine and have done nothing wrong ever. shit sucks
Actually at this point it would be really nice to just have a character that does bad things or hurts other maybe even intentionally maybe without good reason or trying to do the "right thing". Without people instantly trying to sort them into a box of "misunderstood baby who we need to forgive first time they apologise" or "fucked up (girl)boss chaa who is evil and murders and we love that for them". People will talk about morally grey characters all the time but like. Where are they.
